Kaylee offered fast service but seemed more concerned with her rating that responding to customer needs. She made sure I had this link and wanted me to mention her by name, but responded to an inquiry as to why premium costs stayed the same despite a reduction in coverage with a seven-word answer and no pleasantries. Her request to give her a positive recommendation was longer than her two combined answers. I understand costs go up, but as a 20+ year customer who stayed loyal when moving three hours away should warrant pleasantries such as "thank you", "we understand your concern", etc. My messages to her were written professionally."
